MAX Hotel Amsterdam Next Building is located only 300 metres from the Heineken Experience and the Albert Cuyp market. It is 300 metres from the Stadhouderskade tram stop in a quiet residential part of the famous De Pijp district.

All of the colourful rooms at MAX Hotel Amsterdam come with private bathroom facilities with a shower. Some of the rooms look out over the small courtyard garden. Guests must take a steep staircase in order to reach their rooms.

Oosteinde tram stop is at 300 metres, and links to the Rijksmuseum and lively Leidse Square. Dam Square and Amsterdam Central Station are a short ride on tram 16, 4 and 25. Koninklijk Theater Carre is just 500 metres from the property and from the Weesperplein stop at 300 metres has a direct tube-connection to the Amsterdam Arena. From this same stop there is a direct connection to the Heineken Music Hall which takes 19 minutes.
