The unique The July - Twenty Eight offers a new hotelapartment concept with spacious, comfortable design apartments combined with the service and facilities of a luxury hotel. Featuring a sauna and fitness facilities. Guests can make use of the underground garage.

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a spacious seating area and a luxurious bathroom equipped with a rain shower. Climate control, flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi offer extra comfort.

Other than cooking in your own apartment the hotel serves a boutique breakfast sourced from local producers. You can work in the co-working space or relax in the living room. The lobby, lounge, bar and reception are open 24-hours per day. The reception staff are available for planning excursions, offering rental bikes and information about the area.

Within 300 metres of The July - Twenty Eight you will find the nearest metro station and opposite the hotel you will find the direct tram to the nearby situated Museum Square and the City Centre. The Amsterdamse bos and Vondelpark are 1,5 km away and the Zuidas, the WTC and the RAI can be found within 2km.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

This is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is not permitted inareas. There is a terraceguests are allowed to smoke cigarettes.
Please note that if guests do smoke in the non-permitted areas, there will be a € 280,- fine.

The hotel does not allow pets.

Please note that for bookings up to 6 nights, a touch up is offered if the guest places a door hanger on the doorknob. For stays over 7 nights, we offer weekly cleaning and new towels every 3 days.
