Located in the heart of Maastricht on the Vrijthof Square, Urban Residences Apartments offer spacious 1-bedroom apartments with Alessi design.

All the maisonettes and suites are equipped with appliances such as a washing and drying machine, dishwasher and flat screen plasma televisions for your convenience. Wifi is free.

All the maisonettes are situated on two levels, the suites are situated on one level. Each of the units can be reached by stairs. Our penthouse has ceiling-to-floor glass windows and is the only apartment that boasts a terrace.

There is a large variety of cafes and restaurants in the direct surroundings of Urban Residences. On the Vrijthof are located the St. Servatius Basilica, Maastricht Theatre, St. Jans Church and Vrijthof Museum. Maastricht University is located at a 5-minute walk. Lively Markt is 4 minutes by foot. From there you have direct links by bus throughout Maastricht.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.

- We require upon arrival a damage deposit of €300 by either cash or debit card payment.

- Reservations guaranteed by creditcard will be pre-authorised for the total price of the nights, before arrival. If guest chooses to make final payment by creditcard, it is mandatory to bring the physical card used for authorisation and a valid ID. If chosen to pay by debit card or cash, no damage deposit is required if we have pre-authorisaton. We will release the pre-authorisation on the card upon checkout.

-In case of check-in after 17:00, please inform us. Outside opening hours, Urban Residences will send somebody to welcome you and help you settle. Check-in after midnight is not possible, or on special request for a late night check in fee of EUR 25.

-Only our penthouse has outdoor space,other apartments do not have balconies

-Parking is in a nearby parking garage and needs to be reserved beforehand, we have limited spaces. There are 2 electrical charging point. If you have a van or very large SUV, this garage is not suitable.

-We have some apartments with airconditioning. These are: Suite Maisonette Penthouse.other apartments have ventilators in summer and a floor cooling that helps a bit, but no air conditioning.

- We do not have an elevator, therefore our residences are not suitable for people who have difficulties walking stairs.

- Need separate beds? Please ask beforehand, we can arrange it for €5. Sofabeds cannot be split.

-All towels and bedlinen are included. The only thing you can bring yourself is fooddrinkscoffee etc (Nespresso). Rooms get cleaned after 3 days.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Maisonette (2 Adults). The Maisonettes are located on the backside of the building, on the first floor. The sleeping area is separated by curtains or stairs and offers a double bed, which can also beup as 2 single beds (on request for a surcharge).maisonettes are split level and have stairs to reach the upper level. Theyfeature a living room with an open design kitchen.rooms are completely furnished and come with luxury design furniture and brand appliances. Please note the following: -This property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. -This property does not feature a balcony or terrace. -In this apartment type pets are not allowed. We have 3 apartments of this room type, each of the maisonettes is slightly different in size andor configuration. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 extra person upon request (see Extra Bed Rates). ;
Penthouse. This 1-floor penthouse features a living room with an open design kitchen, bedroom and a luxurious bathroom and comes with luxury design furniture and brand appliances. The sleeping area is separated by curtains offers a double bed, which can also beup as 2 single beds (on request for a surcharge). The facade of the penthouse is made of glass which creates a spacious atmosphere. It also features a terrace of 32m2 with a garden lounge set. Please note the following: -The room rate is based on 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults. -In this apartment type pets are not allowed. Deluxe Maisonette (3 Adults). This 2-floor apartment is situated on the highest level of the building and includes a living room with open design kitchen on the 1st floor. On request the bed configuration can be changed3 separate single beds (for a surcharge). The 2nd floor includes a large bedroom with a large double and single bed and a modern bathroom with toilet. On request the bed configuration can be changed3 separate single beds. The Maisonette is completely furnished and comes with luxury design furniture, brand appliances and free WiFi. We have 5 apartments of this room type, each of the deluxe maisonettes is slightly different in size andor configuration. Family Suite. This Family Suite is situated on the back side of the building on the lowest level. This is just below entrance level. It offers a large living area featuring 2 sofas, of which 1 can be used as a double bed (1.40m x 2.00m). There is a large open-plan kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker. The sleeping area is separated by curtains and offers a double bed, which can also beup as 2 single beds (on request for a surcharge). The family suite is fully-furnished with design furniture and brand appliances and it includes free WiFi. There is a private bathroom with a shower and washstand. Family Suite XL. This Family Suite XL is situated on the back side of the building on the lowest level. This is just below entrance level. It offers a large living area featuring 2 sofas, of which 1 can be used as a double bed (1.40m x 2.00m). There is a large open-plan kitchen with Nespresso coffee maker. The sleeping area offers a double bed, which can also beup as 2 single beds (on request for a surcharge). A third single bed is placed in a separate part of the bedroom. This Family Suite XL is fully-furnished with design furniture and brand appliances and it includes free WiFi. There is a private bathroom with a shower and double washstand. Suite. The suite is located on the first floor and features deluxe design and brand appliances throughout. The bed area is separated from the living area by curtains.
