Mercure hotel Schiphol terminal is located behind customs in Lounge 3 at Schiphol Airport, opposite the KLM Crown lounge or the F Gate. With a valid departure flight ticket and passport, you can enjoy comfortable hotel rooms before your flight.
The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and tastefully decorated rooms featuring a private bathroom with a shower. Climate control is also available in every room for your comfort.

When you feel hungry, next to the reception we have bread, yogurt, snacks, and drinks but you can also visit the nearby Restaurant Bread, a self- service restaurant also located in Lounge 3, offering a wide selection of drinks and various freshly prepared sandwiches. Additionally, the hotel provides 247 room service.

The Mercure Schiphol Terminal is situated on the 1st floor of Lounge 3, Between gate G and F. To reach the hotel from outside the airport, please proceed to Departure hall 3 and go through customs on the 2nd floor above check-in desk 22 and 23. After passing customs, turn right and you will find the hotel.

TIP: THE HOTEL IS LOCATED BEHIND CUSTOMS and suitcases cannot be taken to the hotel. Your luggage must be checked in or at Schiphols official luggage storage facility before accessing the hotel.

The hotel day starts from hour 20:00 and ends at 09:00.

The airport is currently under reconstruction. Please note that for this reason there is a possibility of noise disturbances during your stay.

Please note that in order to stay at the hotel, you must have a valid flight ticket for travel the next day and a valid ID. The ticket needs to be for a departure.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECK IN IS POSSIBLE FROM 20.00.

The hotel is located in the transit area of Lounge 3 opposite to the KLM Crown Lounge. To reach the hotel from outside the airport, please proceed to departure hall 3 and pass customs on the 2nd floor above check-in desks 22 and 23. After guests turn right and you will find the hotel.

Minors under 18 years old are not allowed to stay alone in the room without an adult.

Please note that the Standard Single Room and Standard Double Room dont have windows.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
